These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Friendsup mobile application (the
"App").
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not
use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
You acknowledge and agree that by accessing or using the App, you are indicating that you have
read,
understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Use of the App
2.1. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 13, you may not use the
App.
2.2. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable
laws
and regulations.
3. User Accounts
3.1. You may need to create an account to use certain features of the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
3.2. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. User Content
4.1. By posting content on the App, you grant Friendsup a non-exclusive, worldwide,
royalty-free,
irrevocable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute
your content.
4.2. You are solely responsible for the content you post on the App.
Do not post content that is offensive, illegal, or violates the rights of others.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Please review it to understand how we handle your data.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our
discretion,
without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
7.1. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind,
either express or implied.
7.2. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Friendsup shall not be liable for any
indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the
App.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Fees & Payments
10.1. Friendsup provides an integrated payment facility that allows students or parents
to pay school fees through the application.
10.2. All payments made through the App are processed using secure third-party payment gateway
providers.
Friendsup does not store any debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet details.
10.3. Fee structure, payment schedules, penalties, and rules are defined and controlled solely
by the respective school administration.
10.4. Upon successful payment, transaction details may be updated in the school’s internal
software.
Friendsup acts only as a technology facilitator.
10.5. Friendsup shall not be responsible for incorrect fee amounts, duplicate payments,
failed transactions, or issues caused by banks, payment gateways, or user errors.
10.6. Any disputes related to fees or payments must be resolved directly between
the parent/student and the school administration.
